Job Description
* Ensure profitability is maximized by delivering all standard KPI reporting and ad hoc reporting as required by the business.
* Oversee the sales invoicing and cash collection processes to ensure invoices are raised and cash is collected on time.
* Oversee the purchase ledger to ensure adequate controls are in place and suppliers are paid on time - key focus on subcontractor PO sign off.
* Develop a balance sheet sign-off process as part of the month-end that coincides with P&L sign-off, board pack production, and any other stakeholder reporting requirements such as quarterly bank reporting requirements.
* Manage the budgeting process in line with group requirements - following fixed deadlines within the process and ensuring operational buy-in throughout the process.
* Introduce a mid-year reforecast process with the same principles as the budgeting process. Senior Finance Manager.
The Successful Applicant
* Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or QBE.
* Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office.
* Strong leadership skills with a dedication to drive and motivate others.
* Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
* A comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and standards.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
