Job Title: Nursery Assistant
We are seeking passionate and nurturing individuals to contribute to the development of young children in a vibrant, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes their growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in daily nursery operations, including play activities, learning sessions, and meal routines.
* Help deliver and plan activities that support children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
* Ensure child safety and welfare at all times.
* Build strong relationships with children, fostering independence and confidence.
* Collaborate with nursery staff to create a positive, inclusive environment.
* Maintain a clean and organized nursery space, promoting a healthy and welcoming atmosphere.
* Track children's progress and share updates with parents and carers regarding their development.
Requirements:
* Prior experience working with young children in a nursery or early years environment is highly preferred.
* A compassionate, patient, and supportive attitude toward children.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is a plus.
* Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3) are advantageous but not required.
