We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our commercial insurance team in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance, strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and manage client accounts, collaborating with Client Executives to achieve business targets.
* To develop client relationships, identify client demands and propose solutions.
* To deliver risk presentations and provide comprehensive meeting minutes to clients.
* To work closely with Client Executives to address client needs and exposures.
Requirements:
* A deep understanding of the commercial insurance market.
* Cert CII qualified or equivalent.
* Proven risk management experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with the FCA's ICOBS rules.
