Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
o Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the café, bar, and restaurant.
o Help create campaigns that highlight the unique fusion of Bharat traditional cuisine and British style.
o Identify and implement strategies to attract new customers while retaining regular guests.
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing:
o Manage the café’s social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) by posting regular updates, promotions, and events.
o Create and schedule engaging content such as photos, videos, and customer stories to promote the restaurant online.
o Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
3. Event Coordination & Promotion:
o Assist in planning and promoting special events, seasonal menus, and offers to increase foot traffic.
o Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and the community for event partnerships and promotions.
o Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth execution of events and promotional activities.
4. Email Marketing & Customer Outreach:
o Build and manage email marketing campaigns to keep customers informed of promotions, events, and special offers.
o Maintain and grow the customer database for targeted outreach and loyalty programs.
5. Advertising & Branding:
o Work with graphic designers to create promotional materials like flyers, menus, and banners.
o Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms, both online and offline.
o Coordinate paid advertising efforts in local media, newspapers, and digital platforms.
Sales Support & Administration:
1. Sales Reporting:
o Monitor and report on the café and restaurant’s sales performance, tracking trends and customer preferences.
o Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign results, analyzing which strategies are most effective.
o Track foot traffic, online engagement, and sales conversion rates for continuous improvement.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, such as corporate customers and event organizers.
o Respond to customer inquiries regarding reservations, event bookings, or special orders.
o Assist in managing customer loyalty programs and feedback collection.
3. Administrative Support:
o Maintain and organize marketing materials, sales records, and client databases.
o Handle bookings, reservations, and event scheduling for customers.
o Ensure that marketing campaigns comply with regulations and internal policies.
4. Supplier and Vendor Relations:
o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for promotional items, printed materials, or event collaborations.
o Negotiate and manage marketing-related contracts with vendors and service providers.

o Work closely with the café and bar managers to ensure promotional activities are effectively integrated into daily operations.
