Dispute Resolution Lawyer
Thanet, Kent
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
KHR are partnered with one of East Kent’s leading legal practices; who have a fantastic opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their well-established firm known for its excellent client relationships and local market leadership.
This role is ideal for someone with significant expertise in resolving conflict who is seeking a mid-level role within a progressive and client-focused practice.
Key Responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Lawyer:
– Represent clients in a broad range of disputes, including property law (landlord and tenant), employment law, probate and will disputes, contracts, boundary disputes, and general commercial litigation
– Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting court documents, witness statements, instructions to experts, and managing complex cases
– Regularly issue court proceedings and represent clients in court
– Provide high-quality client care and maintain strong relationships, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills
Candidate Profile
– At least three years post-qualification experience in litigation
– Strong knowledge of litigation processes and experience with court proceedings
– Well-rounded skillset across various areas of law, with the ability to manage a varied caseload
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
– Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail and excellent client care
– Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
