We are looking for an organised,motivatedand enthusiastic Administrator to support theadministrative functionsofthe Service. You will workina supportiveenvironmenttoassistthe multidisciplinary clinical team in providing a patient focused service.
1. Tobe thefirst point of contact,support the administration and reception functionfor the CAMHS Eating Disorders Servicefor daily operational requirements,tomeet service delivery requirements.
2. Attend meetings where the information may be complex and sensitive, takeand transcribe minutes. Distribute information prior to and after meetings ina timelyfashion.
3. Usea variety of software packages,includingMicrosoft Office 365/Word/Excel and knowledge ofRiOwould be an advantage.
4. Input confidential correspondence, reports and other documentation within an agreed timescale using software packages,maintaininga high standard.
5. Carry out a variety of admin tasks,be aware of deadlines,plan and prioritise ownworkloadin accordance withservice needs.
6. Liaise and communicate effectively withserviceusers, all levels of staff within the service and the wider Trust.

• Excellent interpersonal,observationaland reporting skills
• Able to deal with sensitive andsometimeschallenging phone calls.
• Confident IT skills and using Microsoft Outlook,Wordand Excel.
• Previousexperience of working in an office and/or customer care environment.
• Able to muti-task, use own initiative,beadaptableandresilient.
