This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Pricing Lead / Manager to join our Consumer Brands Group division out of our Wokingham, Reading office. You wil be setting up process and pricing and driving improvement and change. We are ideally looking for someone with excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, pricing management experience from within a fast moving company / experience with muliple brands. In this role you will be driving innovative pricing strategies for the architectural paint business, leveraging cutting-edge data analytics and market insights. You will be interacting with Group and Division Financial, Marketing, Product, Brand and Sales personnel within the EMEAI Region in support of the team. What we are ideally looking for Bachelors degree, Finance or Accounting (MBA or Professional Accountancy Qualification and / or CIMA financial/accounting qualification (desirable) Financial and/or Commercial pricing experience, ideally within a similar business environment. Proven ability to innovate and implement new pricing methodologies, secure stakeholder buy-in, and drive change. Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization. Prior experience working within an International division and a matrix environment. Proficient in Oracle Advanced Pricing, AR, and OM modules (an advantage). Our offer to you.
