Customer Service Agent, Newcastle under Lyme, Permanent, £28,000 Commission A fantastic opportunity has arisen due to company growth, to join a well-established, modern, and thriving organisation in Newcastle under Lyme. The successful candidate will be working within their state of the art, new offices, with facilities that will make every day a joy to be a part of their team. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team due to expansion. Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, the role is to manage the daily work streams, ensuring that all tasks are processed or responded to within service level agreements and that they meet the companies exceptionally high standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties Achieving first time resolution on calls, emails, webchat, or letter Acting at the first point of contact for customer calls, directing where appropriate Responding to all written communication, via email or letter Provide admin support to Account Manager when required Complaint handling/resolution Supporting the Sales team to ensure no sales opportunities are missed Keeping accurate records The ideal candidate must be a go getter. Someone who has an outgoing personality, a friendly and helpful manner and be driven, self-motived and extremely organised. The successful will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check due to the nature of this role.
