Role: Head of Revenue Operations
Location: This role is based in London and expected to travel to the London office 1-2 times per week.

Role mission:
As our Global Head of Revenue Operations, you'll be responsible for designing our Revenue Operations strategy to align with our strategic business priorities. You will work as an embedded part of the global Corporate Services group, and will be a critical partner to our Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders, including our Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Customer Officer and Exec Head of Sales. This role will involve building a high performing global revenue operations team over time in line with business growth and needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Optimise revenue performance:
o Work in partnership with the GTM leaders to create a global revenue optimisation strategy that aligns with company objectives.
o Implement, manage and monitor revenue reporting and dashboard management against KPIs, in order to drive strategic decision making across the GTM organisation.
o Manage revenue forecasting (weighted pipeline forecasting).
o Work closely with the Sales Operations lead to plan, execute, and analyse structured and ad-hoc monthly regional or product reviews.
o Surface insights to identify revenue growth opportunities across markets or products.
o Deliver real-time performance updates to leadership, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
2. Drive business process improvements across our revenue teams:
o Own the CRM and Lead to Cash process and systems. In partnership with GTM teams and Corporate IT ensure that our systems are working effectively, enabling sellers to do their jobs and revenue targets to be met.
o Be the operational bridge between revenue performance data and actionable strategies.
o Design and manage key revenue processes - e.g. sales stage and forecast category design, lead management etc - with strong data governance standards across systems and tools.
o Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams through change management and adoption of new processes and tools.
3. Support the creation and roll out of all revenue budgets, commission plans and other performance initiatives:
o Refine and drive commission structures and create targeted effective bonus plans to drive strategy across various market segments.
o Partner with the GTM leaders on deliverables for board materials and business reviews.
o Work closely with the FP&A team on revenue planning and reporting - key conduit between Finance and GTM.
4. Lead strategic planning and roadmap delivery of revenue operations team:
o Ensure strong connection between GTM leadership team priorities and Revenue operations roadmap.
o Become the “trusted advisor” to the CCO/ CSO and other GTM leaders.
o Ensure strong business partnering with global SDR and AE leaders to deliver on priorities and requirements.
o Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure our most critical GTM objectives are executed.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience leading revenue operations in a high-growth, fast-paced, global SaaS company.
* Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce required), experience with Commission Tools (Captivate Iq or similar), experience with Customer Engagement and intelligence tools (Gong or similar) and marketing automation tools (Hubspot or similar).
* Strong understanding of full Lead to Cash process including understanding of CPQ tools and billing operations.
* Proven ability to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and optimise key performance metrics.
* Extensive experience with GTM tech stacks, with a solid understanding of tech procurement, tech optimisation processes and designing GTM tech systems that scale.
* Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into action.
* Strong background in revenue forecasting, financial planning, and revenue recognition principles.
* Project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building and developing talent.
* Proven ability to work cross functionally and be the conduit between Sales, Finance and Corporate IT.
