CMA HR Division is working exclusively to recruit an HR Manager focusing on Job Evaluation project for an organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will collaborate with managers to help them achieve business objectives by providing timely and practical advice on a range of people issues.
What will the HR Manager - Job Evaluation Lead role involve?
1. Providing advice on job evaluation, reward and recognition, demonstrating an excellent understanding of pay & conditions and HR policies.
2. Researching, reviewing and developing job evaluation methods.
3. Maintaining data relating to job evaluation, providing analysis and reports to management.
4. Supporting with the review and development of reward and recognition policies and strategies.
5. Ensuring all records are accurately kept.

2. Experience in creating Job profiles and pay grading.
