Job Title Senior Manager, Business Readiness and Deployment As part of Hotel IT Operations, the mission of the role is to manage and grow the Business Readiness and Deployment team, which mission is to provide services to enterprise programs (such as Marriott or Accor) to prepare and execute the roll out of ACRS (Amadeus Central Reservation System). This includes deployment management, business consultancy and customer test management. The Business Readiness and Deployment team is a customer-facing team composed of Business Consultants, Deployment Specialists and Customer Test Managers. The team's mission is three-fold: As part of ACRS (Amadeus Central Reservations System) programs, ensure that the customer is ready to deploy ACRS. Execute the deployment/roll out of ACRS for all customer's properties. Prepare the future of Operations by: Industrializing the activities to cope with the coming mid-market opportunities. Create a new consulting offer outside of programs that would have its own P&L (Profit & Loss Statement) (Profit & Loss Statement) eventually. In more details, the team oversees: Change management with the Business Process Alignment stream, defining, together with our customers, how they will use ACRS for their daily operations. Managing the customer test campaigns to make sure ACRS has been correctly tested within the chain's ecosystem. Executing the deployment strategy by driving the rollout of ACRS. Defining a deployment process than can be run at scale with various projects in parallel. Create a new consulting offer. The manager of the Business Readiness and Deployment team is responsible for: Leading the team, ensure proper follow up of team members, good engagement, and ensuring proper recruitment. Making sure the team's missions are achieved.
