About the role:
Are you an experienced General manager seeking a new challenge? We're excited to offer an opportunity for a General Manager to join our team at the Holiday Inn Darlington A1 Scotch Corner. The role includes overseeing 91 bedrooms and a recently renovated open lobby, which welcomes guests and community members into a chic lounge filled with retro games, a ‘To Go’ Café, and versatile workspaces. Additionally, you'll manage the Active Life Leisure Club, catering to over ??? members, and oversee our meeting and event spaces, which can accommodate 6 to 350 delegates across 8 different rooms. Plus, you'll be working with a fantastic team!
Our General Managers are supported and empowered to take responsibility for every aspect of their hotel – team engagement, the service that wows their guests and the engine that drives commercial success. They also:
