Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Mentor to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful candidate will work closely with students requiring additional support, particularly those with special educational needs, to enhance their academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities: * Individualized Support: Provide tailored assistance to students with SEN, addressing their unique learning needs and challenges. * Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and record students' progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Promoting Inclusion: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence. * Mentorship: Serve as a role model and mentor, guiding students in developing social skills, resilience, and independence.
