Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Mentor to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful candidate will work closely with students requiring additional support, particularly those with special educational needs, to enhance their academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Individualized Support: Provide tailored assistance to students with SEN, addressing their unique learning needs and challenges. Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and record students' progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Person Specification: Essential: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs in an educational setting.
