Responsibilities:
* Assist the classroom teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support the educational and social development of students, following their individualized education plans.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance.
* Help with classroom management, behaviour, and engagement to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
* Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback to the teacher and adapting support as needed.
* Encourage and motivate students to participate actively in their learning and achieve their academic goals.
Possibility for immediate start, long term position which can turn into permanent.
Salary: 90-96£ per day
Working Hours : 8.30-15.30 term time only
Requirements:
* Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification ( highly desirable).
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in a school setting (highly desirable).
Experience working as a caregiver with vulnerable children, young adults or elderly people.
