The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation & Website Performance to drive our top-of-funnel growth and website performance. This individual contributor role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic marketer who thrives on executing high-impact demand generation campaigns and optimizing website performance to accelerate customer acquisition.
We need a seasoned demand gen pro who knows how to drive qualified traffic, engage visitors, and convert leads. This role requires expertise in paid advertising, SEO, and web optimization—balancing both the art of demand generation and the science of website performance to fuel pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
Demand Generation & Acquisition
* Develop and execute top-of-funnel demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, and other digital channels.
* Own and optimize YOOBIC’s paid media strategy to maximize ROI and drive qualified leads.
* Build and implement a strategic SEO plan to increase organic traffic and improve search visibility.
* Continuously test and refine campaign strategies, messaging, and targeting to improve performance and efficiency.
* Collaborate with content and product marketing to develop high-performing assets that fuel demand gen efforts.
Website Performance & Conversion Optimization
* Own the YOOBIC website from a content and performance perspective, ensuring it delivers a best-in-class user experience.
* Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize landing pages, messaging, and conversion rates.
* Monitor and analyze website engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Work cross-functionally with design and development teams to implement changes that drive results.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
* Track and report on key demand generation and website metrics, including traffic, leads, conversion rates, cost efficiency, and influenced pipeline.
* Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and prove marketing impact on revenue growth.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
* 3-5 years of experience in demand generation and website optimization, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
* Proven success running paid media campaigns, managing SEO strategies, and driving measurable pipeline impact.
* WordPress experience a big plus.
* Experience with VWO, Optimizely or a similar tool.
* Hands-on executioner who thrives in an individual contributor role—ready to own, test, and optimize.
* Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
* Conversion-focused marketer who understands how to optimize a website to drive engagement and leads.
* Self-starter with a growth mindset, excited to take full ownership and drive meaningful impact.
