You will be providing key administrative support to the Account Managers, ensuring you are maximising all sales opportunities. You will be dealing directly with clients whilst also supporting internally. You will be assisting with client requests, updating sales reports, and nurturing relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Supporting the sales team with coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and leads. Researching and exploring new business opportunities, being an extension of the leadership team in this organisation. Maintaining and updating CRM systems with customer and lead information to track sales activities. Assisting in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for clients. Liaising with both internal teams and external clients to ensure excellent service is delivered throughout the sales process.
