What will you be doing?
As an Account Manager, you will manage and develop Veremark client accounts to establish and build long term relationships while collaborating with all internal departments to drive overall company success.
More specifically, you will:
* Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and heightened client satisfaction.
* Assess individual client needs to pinpoint areas for enhancement and identify potential opportunities for growth.
* Implement a strategic approach in managing client accounts effectively.
* Proactively schedule and conduct review meetings and calls with clients to gauge satisfaction levels.
* Utilise company applications such as Hubspot, Monday, Power BI, Slack, and the Operations portal to oversee revenue planning, monitor order progress, and facilitate both external and internal communications.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of all client correspondence to promote efficient information retention and facilitate seamless information sharing within the company.
* Address client inquiries promptly and resolve any complaints efficiently.
* Stay abreast of current industry trends to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
* Uphold a proficient understanding of company products and services.
* Undertake project assignments and fulfil any additional responsibilities as needed by the business.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in establishing effective working relationships with external parties, in a Customer Service related environment.
* A proactive individual who is keen to improve the client experience and establish an effective working rapport.
* Ability to identify client requirements and offer the appropriate guidance and support.
* Objection handling and negotiation skills.
* Experience in problem solving and applying initiative.
* Account or Relationship Management experience is desirable but not essential.
* Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with different stakeholder levels.
* Confident, with good presentation skills and a professional approach.
