What you’ll be doing: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including tech, IT, and retail agreements. Advising clients on a variety of commercial legal matters, building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. Taking an active role in business development and supporting the growth of the team. Gaining exposure to high-profile work while being part of a close-knit team. What we’re looking for: 2-4 years’ PQE in commercial contracts or a related area. Solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
