Marketing Manager required to join a GBP10m Manufacturing business with a focus in the Construction sector
You will be developing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, and drive lead generation to support sales efforts.
Working closely with the Managing Director, the Marketing Director and the Sales, Design Team to align marketing activities with business objectives and prioritize key growth opportunities.
* Marketing Strategy and Execution: Lead the creation and delivery of strategic marketing plans in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Content and Branding: Develop engaging content across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and supporting PR initiatives.
* Digital Marketing: Direct digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with external agencies to optimize website performance.
* Lead Generation and Sales Support: Drive lead generation activities to support sales objectives and provide regular performance reporting.
* Communications Management: Oversee both internal and external communications, maintaining brand integrity and boosting the companys profile.
* Market Analysis: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and fine:tune marketing strategies.
* Project Management: Ensure timely and budget:conscious execution of marketing projects.
Marketing skills with digital, CRM systems, analytical tools, Canva, Adobe Suite, also managing external agency relationships
