ALIS provides the IT backbone that supports current and future war fighters across the UK and allied forces, playing a vital role in every mission.
As a key member of the ALIS team, you'll be part of this mission-critical operation. You will:

* Execute backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes for systems, databases, and network infrastructure.
* Install system-wide software updates and manage large-scale storage allocations.
* Train ALIS administrators and users on system operations as required.
* Review and optimise operational processes and procedures, analysing system data to improve performance.
* Coordinate extranet equipment installations with enterprise and local communications facilities.
* Develop PowerShell scripts, customise Splunk dashboards, and create SQL scripts to meet customer data needs, particularly for aircraft-related information.
