Base pay range
Basic Salary of £35k - £45K with a £5k Car Allowance + Comms
Expected Year 1 earnings of £70K
Expected Year 2 earnings of £90-100K
Searching for an Account Manager for a $B Services company. This is a fully remote role covering the Oxfordshire region (Must live on patch).

Our client is a Market leading Vending / Food & Beverages business & provide solutions from coffee machines to complete outsourced cafeterias.
Due to continued growth and success, they are recruiting for high-achieving Account Manager / Client Services Executives. This role will be working with a 75/25 split of Account Management vs New Business, this is a customer-facing role and requires strong organisational and time management skills.
You will manage 60-80 SME accounts (100-300 user businesses) across varying sectors, the role is fast-paced and requires high energy!
Key Responsibilities
1. Retain and grow existing clients.
2. Maximise accounts & look for new business opportunities within (other branches / referrals).
3. Renewal of contracts (92% retention rate).
4. Provide operational and customer excellence.
Ideal Experience
1. Experienced in B2B sales, within either a Sales (New Business) or Account Management role.
2. A high-achieving sales person with a history of hitting and overachieving on targets/KPIs.
3. Accustomed to a high volume of client calls/meetings and highly self-motivated to meet stretch targets.
4. Strong time management skills are essential.
5. A naturally consultative and collaborative relationship builder.
6. Strategic, innovative, self-motivated, and with a tenacious and upbeat attitude.
