Are you an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer? Can you read Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic diagrams? Are you looking for a service role in the wind turbine sector?
This is a Service Technician position where you will service and maintain industrial wind turbines. You will receive OEM and recognized industry-specific training and have a focus on your personal and technical development. This is a physically demanding job working at heights, requiring good levels of personal fitness where you will conduct a range of fault-finding and maintenance tasks on wind turbines.
This large multinational company has numerous turbine sites across the UK & Ireland and employs over 13,000 globally. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking for their next hire based at their Stirling site.
This is a field-based position; you will work as part of a maintenance team and will cover sites across the region. The right candidate will ideally be based within 1 hour from Stirling Wind Farm, Central Belt of Scotland.
This role would suit an electrically or mechanically skilled individual looking for a mobile role with OEM training, technical development, and fantastic routes for career progression with an industry-recognized multinational wind turbine company.

The Person:
1. Electrical or Mechanical Engineer Qualification
2. Hydraulics skills (Desirable but not essential)
3. Ex-forces, REME, HGV individuals should also apply
4. Good levels of personal fitness and able to pass a Working at Heights Medical (Chester step test)
5. MUST BE within 1 hour from Stirling
6. Looking for Specialist Skills Development on Wind Turbines
7. Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
