Summary:
Our client is an award-winning full-service advertising agency. The Account Manager will lead day-to-day client communication on their entertainment clients team and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive media plans that align with clients objectives and drive business results.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an ambitious, proactive, and experienced Media Account Manager to join their dynamic entertainment brands, client-lead team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day media planning across international markets. You will work alongside activation teams, briefing out and overseeing campaign execution for your clients, reporting back on performance and making strategic recommendations based on insights. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and media partners to develop innovative media strategies, deliver exceptional service, and drive campaign success. You'll also get the opportunity to get involved in some of the digital campaign activations.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and key messages. Utilise market research, audience insights, and industry trends to develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives.
* Account management: Serve as the daily point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
* Campaign monitoring and analysis: Monitor media campaigns regularly, analyse performance metrics, and provide clients with detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
* Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media planning and advertising. Share knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients to drive innovation and effectiveness.
* Budget management: budget allocation and tracking for media campaigns, ensuring adherence to client budgets and overall profitability for the agency.
* Client presentations and communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing media strategies, campaign results, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in media planning from a media agency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate media strategies and concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ideally, previous experience working across international markets and a keen interest in working with entertainment brands.
