As the Payroll Analyst you will deliver a role that is pivotal in the efficient and effective operation of the payroll function, ensuring payroll is delivered accurately and on time in multiple countries around the world.

Your responsibilities:
As member of a Global Payroll Team, supporting the function in aspects to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently:
• Process payroll for multiple countries following the designated payroll work instructions, standard operating procedures and internal process checklist.
• Validate data sent and received from our Payroll Services Partner ensuring all agreed controls and evidence is accurate for approval.
• Pay employees accurately and on-time.
• Reconcile payments made to 3rd Parties and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Resolve assigned employee queries from the Case Management system and take action to escalate where needed.
• Respond and resolve general ledger queries with our finance partners.
• Assist with any audits whether internal or external.
• Ensure that company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are always adhered to.
• Support Special Projects as and when required.
Requirements for the role:
• Good understanding of basic payroll calculations and operations.
• Practical experience managing payrolls from the EMEA region.
• Experience of HR system (Workday), Payroll platforms (CloudPay) – desirable.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively as part of global team.
• Highly organized, able to balance own workload and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates a concern for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear Communication skills in responding to customers and stakeholders.
