This is a busy and varied role and would suit someone with previous experience in a Customer Service role, who is looking for an opportunity to develop and progress. Duties: Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy Provide accurate information regarding products and services Assist customers in resolving issues and answering queries effectively Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery Maintain a high level of phone etiquette throughout all interactions Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Proficient in data entry and familiar with using computer systems for record management A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills within a fast-paced environment Previous experience in upselling or cross-selling is desirable
