About the role
Booker are looking for a talented and motivated IT Support Analyst to provide desktop support to their Venus Wine and Spirit Merchants operations. The applicant should have a real aptitude for technology and thrive on providing exemplary customer service to help improve customer satisfaction and cash profit.
This role is based in Tottenham on a 6 month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for

You will need
* Good understanding of working with technology such as laptops, EPOS systems, RF devices, printers, desktop and server hardware, antivirus and remote support products.
* Knowledge of networking connectivity.
* Service leadership skills.
* Consistent delivery of results.
* Ability to address, test, repair and service technical equipment.
* Experience in an IT Support role or similar.
* A solid grasp of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
* Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory & Exchange administration.
