Your Role As a Machine Guidance Surveyor, you will be responsible for: Ensuring all machine guidance systems run optimally, including installation, troubleshooting, and demobilisation. Reviewing 3D models for compliance and creating temporary models for upload via Works Manager. Setting up GNSS networks and establishing site control. Converting LandXML/DWG models into Trimble Business Centre and ensuring accurate uploads to machines. Assisting with QA surveys, reporting material quantities, and supporting site engineering functions. Maintaining survey equipment and ensuring it is regularly checked and calibrated. What You’ll Bring Essential: Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. A team player who can step up and lead when needed. A proactive mindset with a drive to add value and improve processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment. Minimum five years’ experience as a surveyor in a machine control environment. CSCS Card and a full UK Driver’s Licence (4x4 training will be provided). Desirable: Degree or HNC in surveying or a related field. Professional registration as a surveyor.
