About the role Our client are looking for a consultancy administrator to join their team of environmental and health and safety consultants. Working as part of a team youll provide support to the consultancy team in report writing, complete regular client contact calls, and produce client document updates. Youll work with clients via telephone in support of consultancy services, and work with the team of consultants to complete client reports on legal compliance. Theyll give you all the training you need and support you as you grow into your role. Youll work directly with their clients across the UK to help them understand and comply with their legal requirements. Key Duties: Liaising with clients to book remote or site visits Create environment and safety legal registers in Word format to assist clients in complying with ISO 14001 and 45001 standard requirements Assist clients in understanding and complying with their legal requirements in relation to environmental and safety law Manage and document outstanding client register content queries in conjunction with consultancy team members Assist with writing of reports and documents arising from consultancy interventions with clients Answer client queries in regard to environment and health and safety legislation To keep on top of and understand legislation changes Carry out regular updates on legal register documents and inform clients on changes in EHS legislation Keep the CMS and client portal accurate and up-to-date Keep all paperwork and weekly reports correct and submitted on time Essential Attention to detail Self-motivated Able to work independently and as part of a team An interest in or experience of environment and safety law, and how it affects a business Exceptional written skills Good analytical skills Research abilities able to interpret client responses to provide relevant answers Confident manner dealing with clients Good verbal communication skills and confidence Good organisational skills Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel etc Desired Some additional nice to haves: Understanding of the UK and EU legal systems Ability to interpret complex legislation and summarise it in plain English Understanding of ISO management systems and best management practice Confidence speaking publicly such as in delivering training sessions Why join them?
