Role Overview:
The next Algorithm Specialist will be working on innovative and complex projects, collaborating with a dedicated team of engineers from various technical disciplines. You'll engage with experts in areas such as simulation and modelling, image processing, software development, navigation sensors, hardware-in-the-loop systems, systems design and validation, seekers and sensors, datalinks, and technical quality assurance.

What does the next Algorithm Specialist look like:
1. A strong interest in cutting-edge technologies and their practical applications
2. A degree or equivalent experience in a mathematically driven field (such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science)
3. Post-doctoral experience or relevant industry exposure is highly desirable
4. Expertise in areas like flight dynamics, aerodynamics, sensors, servo systems, actuators, autonomous systems, robotics, or mechatronics
5. Familiarity with algorithms, including modern/classical control, navigation, data fusion, tracking and guidance, or machine learning
