Job Advert: Customer Care Advisor - Hybrid
Location: Coventry
Salary: £25,500 plus commission
Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 from home
Role Purpose for a Customer Care Advisor:
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager and working as part of a team, youll be speaking to customers over the phone and via live chat to take orders and give solutions whilst ensuring effective, fluid working between internal departments.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Advisor:
1. Deliver outstanding customer service to make customers feel welcomed, valued and confident in their purchasing decisions
2. Manage and convert sales opportunities through incoming and outgoing calls, as well as web live chat
3. Proactively contact customers who have shown interest in the products, offering additional services and identifying opportunities to close sales
4. Understand customers needs, offering tailored advice on products and accessories to suit their project requirements and budget
