The Role
Are you passionate about loyalty programmes? Experienced at implementing them? And keen to level up your career with the UK's largest Health and Wellness Retailer?
We're closing in on the biggest moment for loyalty in 11 years at Holland and Barrett and we're on the lookout for 2 superstars to land the final part of our journey with us. As our Loyalty Manager, you'll help design and implement a new market-leading loyalty proposition which is all about rewarding our members for making better choices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the design of a newly shaped proposition from consumer research to testing to implementation.
2. Oversee the implementation and launch of the newly designed proposition inclusive of a new BVI and additional member benefits.
3. Partner with the internal communications team to design a plan that will engage our store colleagues and bring them on the journey with us.
4. Lead the design and implementation of the new loyalty BVI creating a truly omni-channel experience for loyalty.
5. Design a brand fame driving launch campaign that will drive mass reappraisal for loyalty at Holland and Barrett.
6. Work cross-functionally with Internal Teams: Technology, Marketing, Legal, Internal Communications and Retail Stores.
The Person
To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:
1. Proven experience in launching new loyalty programmes or propositional designs.
2. A strategic and operational mindset.
3. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to build relations and rapport quickly.
5. Strong knowledge on industry trends and themes within Loyalty.
6. Experience managing agencies in adherence to deadlines.
