Description Your Role We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will be part of our Marketing team in the UK, taking the responsibility of driving a sustainable Business growth becoming the first natural brand for every meal and anytime in the UK petfood market. What you will do ● Understand the category and Brand under your local responsibility ● Define and implement together with the marketing manager the Brand strategy in the country ● Create an annual marketing plan: new product development, media & communication strategy, pricing strategy & consumer promotion activities to boost sales and grow the category ● Lead innovation development projects to be implemented in the country annually. ● Implement the activity plan and make a final evaluation of the key initiatives, establishing an action standard. ● Do an annual business review to identify local needs and new business opportunities ● Regular business tracking to identify potential opportunities and define an action plan, including: sell-in and sell-out of the diagnosis, consumer data tracking (digital and research data), competitors follow up and main brand health KPIs tracking. ● Regular follow up the brand marketing budget in the country and use financial analyses to drive key decisions for the business. ● Stakeholder Support: act as a partner to our main stakeholders delivering and ensuring they have all the brand inputs needed and building the tools they need to make our brand grow. (Sales, Product Development, Digital) ● Build strong, trusted relationships with the sales development and Sales. Leadership to ensure all organization work closely together and are intimately aligned What we are looking for ● University Degree in Business, Marketing or similar ● Proven experience in Brand Management within an FMCG business, ideally with more than 6 years in a related or equivalent position ● A hands-on approach with the entrepreneurial spirit to navigate a fast-growing and ever-changing business ● Comfortable and familiar with Digital Marketing ● Proven experience in successfully activating innovation, media, pricing or point of sales initiatives ● An analytical individual with a drive for business with excellent data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills. ● A multitasker that is not afraid of leading multiple projects at the same time. ● Ability to build trusting relationships with others, being able to influence their main stakeholders and the company ● Resilient, able to deal with ambiguity, stay calm under pressure and keep ● Good communication skills ● Must be willing to travel internationally if required. ● English is our main language.
