We are seeking a skilled Management Information Analyst to join our team at an exciting time of growth and systems transformation. You will drive operational excellence through the implementation and optimisation of business systems and analytical reporting. Working closely with the Operations Manager and reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for maintaining robust information systems that support business growth while ensuring data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities


* Partner with the Operations Director to oversee the implementation and take over the ongoing management of our new operational system, ensuring secure, efficient and effective use of the system across the organisation and an output of high-quality accurate information
* Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive management information dashboards and reports
* Create and implement new reporting mechanisms that effectively track key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Provide data-driven insights to the Executive group to support strategic decision-making
* Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within operational data to improve business performance
* Ensure data integrity through robust validation processes and quality assurance measures
* Collaborate with function heads to understand their reporting needs and develop tailored solutions
* Document data processes, definitions, and reporting methodologies
* Maintain relationships with system vendors and integration partners
* Conduct system audits and health checks, identifying and implementing improvements
* Develop and maintain data quality standards and governance frameworks
* Provide training and support to staff on business systems and reporting tools

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
* At least 3 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or business systems management
* Advanced proficiency with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
* Strong Excel and database management skills
* Experience with system implementations or migrations
* Knowledge of data governance and quality management frameworks
* Process mapping and system optimization capabilities
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
* Knowledge of professional services operations (advantageous)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic thinking and proven problem-solving approach
* Change management experience
