Our client, based in Kent, is currently recruiting for a Group Executive Assistant on a 5 month temporary contract.
The position is due to start on Monday 3rd March 2025 on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is up to £24 per hour via umbrella, negotiable based on experience for this position.
You must be available to interview on Friday 28th February 2025 and be immediately available to start after.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in senior administrative roles, be a strong communicator, hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years and also be highly proficient on Microsoft packages.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Manage, co-ordinate and forward plan the Group Executives, travel arrangements, work schedule, diary and correspondence including filtering incoming calls/emails/mail, responding to and referring on to other staff where appropriate
* Draft and edit reports, letters and papers as required to a very high standard
* Carry out research to supplement reports with additional information so they are of the highest standard
* Take necessary actions to ensure deadlines for responses from/to the Group Executives and their teams are met
* To deal with highly sensitive information in a strictly confidential and professional manner, monitoring progress to follow-up action to ensure all items are dealt with and completed satisfactorily
* Undertake project work as required by the Group Executives, including undertaking background research and presenting findings

* Experience working in education
