The role is responsible for the monthly payroll processing and will act as a first point of call for People queries from employees and line managers You should be a be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritise a high workload volume with a strong focus on customer service delivery. But, if you’re passionate about the role and have relevant experience, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Completing the necessary monthly payroll processing and be the primary contact for company benefits and associated benefits administration General administrative Payroll support, including managing payroll onboarding process for new starters, managing Payroll inbox and ad hoc requests etc Support with SuccessFactors system administration. Report to and work with Payroll Manager on continuous improvement projects and opportunities Skills, Knowledge and Experience Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and in general (especially Excel) CIPP qualification Experience of supporting payroll processes Good administration experience, with a meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Knowledge of SuccessFactors or an equivalent People system What can we offer?
