Social Workers (Adult Social Care) We currently have a number of permanent full time and part time vacancies for experienced social workers across our Adult Social Care Locality Teams and Learning Disabilities Team. We are looking for social workers who have completed the ASYE program and hold post qualifying experience. We invite enthusiastic and committed professionals to help shape and deliver our services, contributing to the development of a model of best practice. The successful applicant will be skilled in carrying out strengths-based assessments and support planning under the Care Act 2014, completing comprehensive Risk Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Best Interest Decision Making. Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary setting, including health partners and community organisations, is required.
