Change Analyst
Fixed Term Contracts
Location: Edinburgh / Peterborough / Witham (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)
Salary: A competitive salary from £32,400 – £40,500, depending on the experience you can bring

As a Platform Change Analyst you will be multi skilled and responsible for providing technical support to ensure the management, delivery and development of our Change Programme and system enhancements.
You will have a strong knowledge of the propositions, products, regulations, and you must have a flexible, can-do approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Challenge, highlight and report relevant risks/issues for inclusion in project risk logs.
2. Determine business impacts across propositions.
3. Using expert experience, identify viable solutions which may be more cost effective, while remaining within overall business, project, and programme principles
4. Provide post implementation support to all departments in receipt of programme change for an agreed period, utilising expertise in the business change to support operational issues.
5. Input/review Business Verification Plan (BVT) to ensure full coverage is providing during deployment of code.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
6. A Proven track record of working in a similar role ideally within financial services or a platform provider and a strong understanding of relevant legislations.
7. Strong problem solving, planning and analysis skills with an ability to consider the bigger picture and end-to-end view of processes.
8. Strong Stakeholder engagement and communication skills that allow you to relay complex information in an easy-to-understand manner to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
9. Experience at working in a high-risk environment with the ability to quickly identify issues and keep all reporting and policies up to date.
10. Workplace Pensions Experience.
11. Previously worked on Change projects and the Change Lifecycles ideally with experience of working with Jira.
