Job Description
* Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with the company's objectives
* Facilitate learning and development programmes to enhance employee performance
* Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'L&D Partner' should have:
* An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience in the FMCG sector
* Knowledge of learning and development best practices
