Relief Reach & Respond Advisor
We are looking for a Relief Reach & Respond Advisor who'll fit right in with our amazing team! If you can build strong relationships, are customer-focused, and you want a job that makes a positive difference – we want to hear from you!
As you'll be responding to emergency calls, we are looking for someone who can work under pressure, remain calm, and respond confidently, ensuring our vulnerable customers are supported. You'll need to be super organised as you'll have to effectively prioritise calls during busy periods, all while maintaining a quality service.
The role involves handling reports of emergency repairs, diagnosing and scheduling appointments for out-of-hours repairs, and handling calls for community alarm activations. This helps to identify the right course of action for our customers, which is why we need you to be skilled at juggling a variety of tasks.
