Access to apprenticeships and accredited qualifications up to Level 3. You will: Support the Spa Director and Spa Operations Manager with the day to day running of the Spa at the hotel. Be people focused, with the ability to line manage and develop your team members through ongoing coaching and training. Work in partnership with the Group Learning & Development Manager to deliver relevant Spa training. Have an understanding of Health and Safety regulations within a Spa, or a growth mindset to learn. Be guest focused, with a can do attitude, to ensure we deliver superior experiences to all that indulge in our Spa. Have Pool Plant Operator Level 3 qualification (preferable).
