Fork and Field Catering is a catering company based in the heart of Cheshire. Hosting over 250 weddings and events per year, we are always pushing to achieve the highest standards of food, drink and service. We are now looking to expand our bar team at our Knutsford sites, more specifically Larkspur Lodge.
As a bartender, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take orders and serve drinks over our events bars.
3. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
4. Ensure accuracy in handling cash transactions and processing payments.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including setting up and closing down the bar before / after events.
6. Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication.
7. Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a bartender preferred, but not required.
2. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
3. Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their recipes.
4. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good time management skills to ensure efficient service to customers.
