A superb opportunity for a Team EA/OM, to join an established start-up company located in the West End.
A boutique feel office of 10-15pp, the company has extensive global presence, an exciting time for them as expanding the team due to business growth. The role is for a Team EA, who will provide broad support to approximately 3-4 members of the Executive Team, with additional support adhoc to the wider office when required.
A varied role providing classic support, managing multiple diaries and coordinating global travel, along with additional more business-related support duties too, such as reports, meeting prep, etc.
The role will also involve Office Management duties with an 80/20 split, working as part of a small 'administrative' team, where you will collaborate with the EA to the CEO, ensuring full support to senior management is provided.

The successful person will have experience of providing support to multiple executives, ideally within investment, but definitely open to other fast-paced 'boutique/global presence' corporate businesses.

Working hours: 5 days in, hours 9-6pm
