Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team. This varied role involves VAT returns, payroll management, general bookkeeping, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
VAT Returns:
Review and file VAT returns accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
Payroll Management:
Process weekly and monthly payrolls for clients or employees (2 days per month).
Handle PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies efficiently.
Bookkeeping Duties:
Record and maintain financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
General Administration:
Open and manage post.
Handle company setup and other administrative tasks.
Compliance:
Ensure all tasks meet relevant legislation and internal policies.
About You
Proven experience in payroll processing is essential.
