Recruitment Administrator - Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months)
Salary: £25,000 pro rata
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Location: Nottingham City CentreWe're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our clients team in Nottingham on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for recruitment and HR to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Assisting with pre-employment checks and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases.
Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed.About You:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) would be desirable.
Previous experience in recruitment and HR.
Strong administration skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
