Reporting into the Director of Finance, this role will work closely with staff in all academic and business departments within the College, playing a critical role in the financial planning and decision-making process. An early focus will be to embed the new Finance and Payroll systems, to look for efficiency and effectiveness of current processes. This will support the College in the move to a paperless operation with improved data led decision making. This role will deputise for the Director of Finance.
Prior experience of working in the education sector is not a prerequisite, although candidates should have an understanding of the present and future economic climate for the Independent School sector.
