Clinical Account Manager - Infusion and Nutrition Systems

We are looking for a Clinical Account Manager to work across the North-East. The main job purpose of this role is to design, coordinate and deliver clinical training for health care professionals in Infusion Technology products to support sales. The role is full-time, Monday - Friday and the ideal candidate would live in Leeds.

Main Responsibilities
1. Manage contracted accounts to ensure profitable contracts are maintained and renewed.
2. Design appropriate and consistent teaching/training programs for delivery of clinical training to Infusion Technology customers.
3. Monitor, measure and adapt teaching/training programs for maximum effectiveness to ensure learning has been achieved by health care professionals.
4. Coordinate the Clinical Trainers' activity to deliver user training.
5. Manage the agreed budget for implementations.
6. Conduct pre-purchase clinical presentations and product evaluation trials.
7. Develop a network of contacts relevant to Infusion Technology to promote products and maximize sales opportunities.
8. Day to day management of contracted accounts liaising with the Business Development Manager and Field Service Engineer.
Experience Required
1. Candidates must hold an NMC registration.
2. Experience in managing and delivering clinical training.
3. Must be able to successfully communicate with people at all levels.
4. Being organized and well-planned is essential.
5. A flexible approach to working patterns is required.
6. Must be willing to travel various distances between accounts.
