RG Consultancy are working with an SME manufacturing company based in Runcorn who are looking for a Finance Manager to add to the finance team. This role plays a key part in the performance of the business as they continue on their expansion across the UK.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the accounts department, supervising a small team of 2 ledger clerks and producing the monthly management accounts.
Duties include:
* production of monthly management accounts
* control of the balance sheet
* fixed asset register maintenance
* supervision of ledger clerk team of 2
* stock reporting
* cashflow forecasting
* quarterly VAT returns
* preparation of payroll information for processing externally
This Finance Manager role would be suited to someone who holds AAT level 4 or is partway through CIMA/ACCA and has experience producing management accounts.
