You will be responsible for managing your senior stakeholder relationships within the business, proactive attracting talent as well as filling live vacancies. You will also be responsible for adding a recruitment lens to the way thing like EDI and the armed forces covenant are implemented to the way the business attract talent. As this is a stand alone position you will have oversight regarding everything recruitment so a broad knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle will be imperative. Responsibilities will include: Identify passive candidates by leveraging creative and innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent. Leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems to build candidate pools and pipelines. Manage multiple searches for different teams across the country. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers. Become a subject matter expert in the role requirements and how the positions impact the organization. That being said, for this role, you are going to need a few fundamental skills to allow us to really drive your career forward. Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: talent sourcing, manager relationships, applicant tracking, candidate interviews, interviewing scheduling, offer letters, etc. Ability to understand and interpret data, run reports, analyze trends and identify actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring meeting of deadlines. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple searches simultaneously. The ability to drive for results to meet placement goals.
