* Running own case load of predominantly litigated files with some pre-litigated advice files.
* Experience in giving indemnity advice, Article 75, RTA insurer, first party claims and dealing with the full range of motor fraud types.
* Actioning all cases in line with department/client service standards and protocols.
* Dealing with technical aspects of the case, under the supervision of the partner/associates in the team.
* Ensuring that financial targets are met.
* Use of the Case Management system (Visualfiles) and standard documentation wherever appropriate.
* Progress cases proactively to a satisfactory/speedy settlement in accordance with client requirements.
About you
An ideal candidate for the role will demonstrate a proven track record in insurance fraud work, and will have worked in a similar role/environment. Strong communication and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines are essential.
