The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the head chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
* Supervise junior staff members and provide guidance on cooking techniques and procedures.
